PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING

​I'm so glad you want to request a custom design handmade with love from our CEO, Cradine. Here are some things you need to know and some guidelines before you make your request.

• Before filling out the form, because we do value our time, a Custom Request $25 fee and your shipping cost must be paid to ensure you're serious about getting the custom or about receiving a quote, the $25 fee will go towards your custom purchase if you continue with the transaction process. So please add Custom Request to your cart and check out, once you receive your confirmation number come back and fill out this form you must include your order confirmation number.
• There is a contact us form located on the bottom of the home page for questions, this form is for serious inquiries only.
• Please allow up to 48 Business hours (8am-9pm EST) for a response to your request form, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Please allow up to 6-9 weeks for all custom orders to be filled, this does not necessarily mean it will take 6 weeks for your order to be made. It does however mean you should allow this time period for it to be created or before inquiring about an update and then consider shipping time as well if you have an event.
• We are not currently accepting rush payments on any orders.
• All orders are created in the order they are paid for.
• In the form please provide all required fields.
• You will receive a square invoice for your order, we require your order to be paid in full before we begin your custom.
• In the Custom Description, please describe to me to the best of your capability what you want made. Also include your detailed measurements. If you have a reference picture you can upload that below in the form.
• Your response to your form will include a possible quote or an effort to obtain better understanding of what you want, the email will come from cra.ations.customs@gmail.com. Once communication is complete and you confirm you're okay with the quote, a Square Invoice will be emailed to you. Once the Invoice is paid you'll be added to the queue.
• Your full name and custom request confirmation number will be used to refer to and keep track of your order and any communications about your order.
• Please feel free to request a custom of any of our current designs available at the shop.
• Please limit communication to email, conversations about orders will not be maintained through any dms or other form of social communication.
