What are the washing details for my crochet and knit apparel?

To wash your crochet pieces it may be worth investing in a mesh delicates bag and you can put your piece in there and wash the bag in the washing machine with your delicates or like colored clothing, in cold water with a gentle bleach free detergent. Hand washing by submerging in a tub or basin of water with a gentle detergent and spot treating stains on the garment is recommended. Throwing them in the washing machine at your own risk are also viable options. For long straps and strings tie them together in a loose stable knot to avoid tangling. DO NOT IRON. Air dry or tumble dry low. The less you launder the better, dry cleaning not reccomended.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please keep in my mind more than likely it is only 1 person making and shipping orders. On top of handling all the other responsibilities that come with running a business. With that being said we require at least a 6 to 8 week creation time for each order. This time period depends on the current length of the queue for orders, as well as the length of time it will take to create your project. In some cases It doesn't necessarily mean you will always have to wait 6 weeks or will get your order as soon as then. Orders are created on a first come first serve basis and filled in chronological order of intake. Wait time is subject to increase depending on our workload so please be patient with us and again take into consideration our CEO is just one person with other responsibilities. Your support and patronage are greatly appreciated.

How do I take my measurements?

First please make sure you know what measurements you need for your order, if you're not sure please contact us. You can visit the Making Measurements page for resources and details on how to measure yourself, or on how to get someone to help you measure yourself. I will also have a video coming soon. Alternatively most local dry cleaners have alteration specialists who may not mind taking your measurements for you. If all else fails use the standard measurements chart on the Making Measurements page to get an idea of your measurements. This is pretty accurate, but your exact measurements are always preferred for a perfect fit.

Why are your prices so high?

Prices are calculated by considering material cost, design intricacy and the time it takes me to make the piece.  While also providing me a profit so I can keep progressing. Crochet is also an art that can't be replicated by machine. I feel my prices are more than reasonable and many of my pieces are under priced to be affordable. You are able to pay in installments with shop pay if that's more affordable for products listed on the site. By all means if you can find the same quality somewhere else for cheaper, go ahead no hard feelings. If you're lucky you may catch a name your price sale.

I am plus size, can I still order a Bralette, Bikini, etc.?

Absolutely everything is made to order, so you can get any design you want in any style made to your measurements. Extra straps or alterations can be made as needed for extra support. You look good in whatever you feel good, beautiful and confident in. I will accommodate any size because we are all beautiful and inclusivity is not a trend it should be a mandated lifestyle.
